St. Louis Office continues to obtain great results

Attorneys in the firm’s St. Louis office obtained summary judgment in a contested St. Louis County matter involving a post-foreclosure title issue. The attorneys prevailed in their quiet title action on behalf of a foreclosure purchaser despite the borrowers’ claim that the mortgage did not properly impact the property. The Court took note of the borrowers’ inconsistent positions and actions taken before and after realization of an inaccuracy on the mortgage’s face in denying the borrowers’ motion for summary judgment and granting our client’s motion.

Additionally, these same attorneys recently obtained summary judgment to restore legal ingress/egress to a “landlocked” parcel of collateral property in Franklin County, MO.  The parcel’s legal description erroneously excluded the private access easement on the face of the client’s deed of trust which the Court added upon our request over the objection and contest of the client’s borrower.
