In his practice, Myles focuses on general defense litigation in both state and federal courts. Additionally, Myles has handled personal injury cases of all types to resolution for his clients. He has engaged in extensive motions practice, obtaining numerous dismissals for his clients in slip, trip, and fall cases. He has also obtained favorable results for his clients at the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In 2023, Myles was recognized as a finalist for the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Frank L. Maraist Award, which recognizes lawyers who demonstrate professional excellence, service to the legal profession and the bar, commitment to community service, and contributions to furthering the ideals of the legal profession. Additionally, he is an active member of the Lafayette Bar Association, serving on multiple committees in the Young Lawyers Division and participating in multiple local volunteer activities.
As a Louisianan, Myles enjoys the state’s many activities, such as attending festivals, hiking, and fishing. In his free time, he also likes traveling with his wife, Sarah, and spending time with his family.
