In July 2025, the Galloway team secured a defensive win in Naples, Florida, on a first party declaratory judgment action arising out of a homeowner’s insurance claim for wind and water damage. The following month, the team went on to achieve a first-party property win in Seminole County, Florida arising out of a homeowner’s insurance claim for hail and wind.
