Nicole Fluet believes that a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and their goals, as well as the goals and objectives of each individual she represents, should drive litigation strategy. A native of the Tampa Bay area, Nicole focuses on insurance defense, first-party property, insurance coverage, construction defects, intellectual property, and worker’s compensation. She regularly represents insurance companies as well as the construction companies they insure. Nicole has published articles on sinkhole litigation and occurrence trigger theories in Trial Advocacy Quarterly, and is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and serves on its board.

  • Obtained a complete defense verdict in a scope and price hurricane dispute.
