She is licensed in both Florida and Georgia state courts, and at the federal level in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Representative Commercial Matters

George regularly represents insured business owners in claims including premises liability, property damage, negligent security, personal injury matters, and comprehensive defense for corporate, commercial, and real estate clients.

In addition to litigation, George regularly partners with business clients on proactive risk management to identify practical operational adjustments designed to reduce future exposure. She also serves as ongoing outside counsel to businesses, implementing a preventative approach to reduce claim frequency and improve defensibility when litigation arises.

Over the past three years, George has tried multiple jury and bench trials and handled binding arbitrations involving disputed liability and significant damages exposure. A notable case is a 2024 damages-only motor vehicle case against a prominent Plaintiff’s firm. The Plaintiff demanded $15M, and the final pre-verdict settlement offer was $1M. The jury returned a verdict of $85,000, which was less than Plaintiff’s medical bills, awarded no future damages, and eliminated any recovery for pain and suffering.

Florida Recognition

Beyond her representation, George is an active member of the Jacksonville Claims Association as a Board Member who was instrumental in its revitalization.
