Attorneys Nicole Fluet, Michael Ruel, and Anna Kirkpatrick received a complete defense verdict for their client, a residential and commercial property insurer, in a Hurricane Irma trial in Broward County last week. In a case which involved a covered claim, the plaintiff requested an amount exceeding the amount paid by the carrier, which the parties disputed. The jury found that the plaintiff failed to meet all conditions under the policy.
