Andy focuses his civil litigation practice on cases involving trucking and transportation, personal injury, construction defects, premises liability, and general commercial litigation. Specifically, Andy has handled complex litigation, including death cases, automobile and trucking personal injury lawsuits, worksite accidents involving heavy commercial equipment, slip and fall cases, and general liability matters.
Andy was recognized in 2020 and again in 2021 as “One to Watch” in Transportation Law by Best Lawyers.
A Texas native, Andy enjoys spending his time with his wife and young son and their various pets, lifting weights, playing golf, and reading.

- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a prominent delivery service in a personal injury case with significant claimed injuries.
- On behalf of a well-known insurer, served as first chair in a motor vehicle accident case in Harris County, obtaining a unanimous jury verdict in favor of the defense. The verdict was later affirmed by the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
- Obtained summary judgment in favor of a company that owned several apartment complexes in a slip and fall personal injury case.
- Obtained complete summary judgment and dismissal with prejudice in Tarrant County for a Fort Worth area homebuilder and developer, on a premises liability claim wherein the injured plaintiff had previously sought $1 million total at mediation.
