Jennifer

Jennifer Dewees utilizes her 27 years of litigation experience and expertise to thoroughly and tenaciously defend her clients. She exercises good judgment when weighing the risk and benefits of trying a case. Whether the matter requires arbitration, mediation, or litigation, Jennifer approaches each case with confidence and resolve to provide outstanding, result-driven representation.

Jennifer focuses her practice on casualty litigation, insurance defense and coverage, and construction litigation. She has tried a variety of cases to successful conclusions, including water run-off cases, contract disputes, dental malpractice, construction defense, and personal injury. Additionally, she has obtained summary judgments in negligent entrustment cases, premises liability cases, and contract dispute cases in State Court.

Outside of the office, Jennifer is an active member of her church as a lay reader, chalice bearer, and co-chair of the Altar Guild. She is also a former marathon runner, having ran in the Music City Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Mercedes Marathon, the Bham 26.2 Marathon, and many half-marathons.
