Travis A. Swanson

With a passion for delivering unparalleled client services, Travis is committed to achieving optimal outcomes for his clients. Travis has handled a wide range of litigation and transactional matters, and prides himself on crafting effective and strategic legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each case.

Travis focuses his practice primarily on general civil litigation, including third-party insurance defense dealing with personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. He is also skilled in employment law, advising clients on employment contracts, discrimination issues, wrongful termination, and other aspects related to the workplace and employer-employee relationship. While in law school, Travis was a member of the Advocacy Honor Society and also served as President of the Syracuse Entertainment & Sports Law Society.

Born and raised in Crystal River, Florida, Travis is an avid golfer, tennis player, and musician.
