Nicole Fluet Recognized by Florida Defense Lawyers Association

Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith attorney Nicole Fluet was recognized as the 2025 recipient of the Joseph P. Metzger Outstanding Achievement Award by the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. She was honored at the association’s annual Florida Liability Claims Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Nicole is a Director in the Firm’s Tampa office and currently serves on the FDLA Board of Directors. Earlier this year, she spearheaded Deposition Bootcamp for the organization, in addition to her regularly presenting Florida’s four hour CE for adjusters. Nicole and Mark Lehman presented a breakout session on cyber liability issues during the conference. 

This achievement is Nicole’s third award bestowed by the FDLA. In 2020, she received the James A. Dixon Young Lawyer Award, and in 2021, she was given the President’s Award. 

Nicole Fluet has the litigation expertise and experience to partner with clients on the best strategy that protects their interests, whether the approach is early settlement, summary judgment, or jury trial. She brings a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and their goals to create long lasting relationships as a strategic advocate. 

Galloway joins her Tampa colleagues and the FDLA in congratulating Nicole on this well-deserved recognition of high quality leadership in Florida.
