Representative Matters

• Representing multinational businesses seeking to transfer executives, managers, and specialized knowledge employees to the United States through L-1A and L-1B visas, including new office petitions and extension filings.
• Advising employers on H-1B specialty occupation petitions, prevailing wage requirements, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), cap-subject and cap-exempt filings, premium processing, amendments, and ongoing compliance.
• Developing long-term employment-based immigration strategies, including PERM labor certifications and employment-based permanent residence (EB-2 and EB-3) for qualifying employees.
• Coordinating with Galloway’s corporate attorneys to assist companies establishing U.S. operations, including business formation, corporate structuring, commercial leasing, employment law considerations, and immigration planning.
• Counseling employers regarding work authorization, maintenance of lawful status, travel considerations, I-94 issues, and immigration compliance throughout the employment relationship.
• Assisting eligible travelers under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) for temporary business and tourism visits.
• Responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), addressing filing deficiencies, and assisting clients with other complex issues that arise during the immigration process.
• Advising employers and foreign nationals regarding dependent visas, changes of status, extensions of stay, and maintenance of lawful immigration status.
• Assisting foreign nationals and their families in obtaining lawful permanent residence through family-based and employment-based immigration, including adjustment of status and consular processing.
• Preparing family-based immigration petitions, including immediate relative petitions, fiancé(e) visas, marriage-based immigration, and related applications.
• Representing eligible lawful permanent residents in naturalization proceedings, including preparation and filing of Form N-400 applications for U.S. citizenship.
