Ryan focuses his practice on transportation-related litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Ryan regularly defends clients in all Louisiana state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ryan served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Regina Bartholomew-Woods (retired) at Orleans Parish Civil District Court in New Orleans.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a retail property owner on the basis that the alleged defect was open and obvious.
  • Achieved a favorable settlement on behalf of an insurer in a personal injury suit entailing significant medical claims through the use of targeted discovery and aggressive motion practice.
  • Represented numerous transportation clients in cases that involved fraud and obtained dismissals for the clients without payment to the plaintiffs.
