- Obtained seldom-granted Motion to Dismiss for Fraud Upon the Court by presenting clear, convincing, and admissible evidence that plaintiff had lied and engaged in fraudulent behavior concerning her medical history and quality of life claims.
- Secured voluntary dismissal the day before scheduled summary judgment motion hearing of a case involving allegations of overserving at a sports bar & grill leading to a motorcycle/vehicle accident.
- Obtained a favorable jury outcome on behalf of a national HVAC company in which the jury awarded less than a 1/3 of the requested amount to the plaintiff, saving our client more than $1MM.
