Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith has added additional depth to our experienced and talented team. Across the Gulf South and Midwest, our attorneys provide result-driven representation that goes way above and way beyond as  champions for the greater good.

With over twenty years of proactive and tenacious client advocacy, Special Counsel Heather Blackburn has joined the firm’s Mandeville, Louisiana, office. Throughout the entire legal process, she partners with clients in protecting their business and achieving their objectives. Heather pursues result-driven solutions through dispute resolution or a case-specific plan of defense with a focus on transportation and trucking, insurance coverage, personal injury, and premises liability.

In St. Louis, Associate Allison Thompson is a litigation defense attorney who prioritizes responsiveness and accessibility, ensuring her clients are kept well-informed throughout litigation and the legal process. She primarily focuses her practice on insurance defense and coverage in the retail, restaurant, and transportation industries. Allison places an emphasis on collaboration with her clients, working together to achieve the individual objectives for each client and each situation.

Joining Allision in the St. Louis office is Associate Korey Lewis, who builds lasting, strong partnerships with clients based on respect and responsiveness. Previously serving as an Associate City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, she concentrates her practice on civil defense, particularly insurance defense of personal injury and property damage cases. Highly organized and prepared, Korey gives back to the community by volunteering as a mock trial coach for her high school alma mater.

Mikhael Khan dedicates himself to providing superior quality legal counsel with a client-focused approach in our Houston office. With a unique insight perspective from his experience as a judicial clerk and on the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law, he focuses his practice on casualty litigation, insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, mass tort, and transportation. Mikhael’s clients trust him to go above and beyond, and he does so with approachability, transparency, and dependability.
