Heather

Heather Blackburn is an experienced litigation defense attorney with over 20 years of proactive and tenacious advocacy for businesses, insurers, and their insureds. From pre-suit through trial and on appeal, she partners with clients in protecting their business and achieving their objectives. Through thorough and early analysis, Heather narrows the issues and pursues result-driven solutions through dispute resolution or a case-specific plan of defense.

Heather devotes her practice to defense litigation with a focus on transportation and trucking, insurance coverage, personal injury, and premises liability. She goes way above and way beyond in collaborating with her clients on targeted investigations that have a keen attention to detail and that efficiently advance their goals.

When not championing her clients, Heather enjoys fishing, kayaking across Louisiana waters, cheering on the LSU football team, and participating in yoga and Pilates.
