With his background as a judicial clerk at the First Court of Appeals and on the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law, he brings unique insight and perspective into the strategies and tactics of all parties, enabling him to anticipate opposing arguments and craft stronger defense strategies.

Mikhael focuses his practice on casualty litigation, insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, mass tort, and transportation law.
