Andy Waters is a maritime attorney who represents vessel owners, charterers, operators, and their insurers, including P&I clubs, across international waters and the Gulf Coast’s brown‑water markets. A Director based in Galloway’s New Orleans office, Andy handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, commercial disputes, and cargo damage claims. Additionally, Andy advises clients on regulatory compliance issues and handles transactional matters by negotiating complex commercial agreements. He also routinely represents clients in arbitral matters before the New York Society of Maritime Arbitrators.
