- Obtained dismissals and a favorable summary judgment ruling, and negotiated minimal settlements, in multiple high exposure trucking cases after participating in thorough investigations of suspected fraud, after which federal criminal convictions occurred for plaintiffs connected to those cases and similar cases involving staged accidents.
- Secured an appellate ruling that resulted in the reversal of the trial court’s finding of liability in a trucking case.
