Denise Kruse’s singular purpose is to get the best possible result for her clients. To that end, she develops a goal-oriented strategy for each case, keeping in mind what judges and juries care about, and taking the time to develop and understand the underlying subject matter. Denise believes in aggressive, tough advocacy and a client-centered approach to every case. Her insights developed through extensive litigation experience make her a valuable and successful advocate for her clients.

Denise focuses her civil litigation practice on construction, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation. She has defended and tried numerous cases to verdict involving high damage exposures and serious injuries.

Denise was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Houston, Texas. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an active member of her church and an avid pianist.

Representative Matters

  • Secured a complete dismissal on behalf of a premise owner prior to conducting any discovery.
  • Obtained an outstanding result for a client who had a default judgment entered against them for more than $800K Filed a restricted appeal and leveraged a settlement based on gross errors discovered on the record of appeal.
  • Secured a settlement in a construct defect case for approximately 2% of the claimed damages before conducting any discovery.
