With more than thirty-five years of legal experience, Philip Roberts is able to provide excellent representation for his clients, whether in the courtroom or boardroom. Phil’s practice primarily involves the representation businesses and insurers in personal injury and workers compensation litigation, in which he has more than three decades of experience in achieving favorable results for his clients.

A long time resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, Phil has been involved in his community by taking on leadership roles in youth sports and scouting organizations. He devotes much of his current spare time to enjoying his grandchildren, and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars on various topics regarding litigation tactics and Louisiana Workers Compensation law.

  • Successfully obtained a summary judgment dismissing a claim alleging serious facial injuries resulting from a trip hazard at an amusement center.
