A native of the Tampa Bay area, Nicole focuses on insurance coverage, insurance defense, first-party property, construction defects, intellectual property, worker’s compensation, cyber and real estate law. She regularly represents insurance companies as well as the construction companies they insure. Nicole regularly speaks on a variety of topics, including hot topics in insurance and coverage. She has published articles on sinkhole litigation and occurrence trigger theories in Trial Advocacy Quarterly, and is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and serves on its board.
