A native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Jennifer practices in both the firm’s Gulfport and Mandeville offices, where she focuses primarily on insurance coverage, premises liability, construction defect, trucking and transportation, professional liability, and other general civil litigation matters. Jennifer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Representative Matters

  • Received a favorable decision from the Mississippi Supreme Court, affirming the trial court’s directed verdict in favor of Galloway’s client, a trucking company, on the issue of punitive damages.
  • Summary judgment obtained by Galloway on behalf of a Jackson, Mississippi restaurant in a case where plaintiff was claiming to have been shot in the restaurant’s parking lot. Additionally, the Court awarded sanctions against the paraplegic plaintiff and in favor of Galloway’s client relative to discovery violations committed by the Plaintiff during the course of litigation.
  • Secured early dismissal in favor of Mississippi-based medical transport company, where plaintiff alleged she was mishandled during an arrest by various individuals, including law enforcement officials.
  • Secured dismissal with prejudice in a coverage dispute between two insurance carriers necessitating interpretation of the MCS-90 endorsement following a tragic collision involving an 18-wheeler that was not listed as a covered auto on any insurance policy.
